Northmoor Boulevard will continue from the original part of Faringdon and be the gateway to the Westwood block. It will provide unity across all parts of Faringdon and link together West Village, original Faringdon and Westwood.

Stage Information!

On Friday 28th of May, we will provide all information regarding the Westwood sections on our website.

This will include:

• Stage Map + Pricing
• Land Covenants, Construction Manual + Fencing Manual
• A sample Sale & Purchase Agreement
• Terms & Conditions of reserving online
• A video walkthrough of the reservation process

You will have more than two weeks to look at the opportunities before the release date. This will give you time to look into which section is right for you.

You’ll also be able to watch a walkthrough video of the online reservation process, showing you exactly how it’s going to work. This is a great chance to get prepared and have everything ready.

Showhome Village Open Day

On Saturday 12th of June, we will be hosting an Open Day ahead of the release. The Faringdon Show Home Village and Information Centre will be open from 10 pm – 4 pm.

We will have some yummy kai, a coffee cart and fun activities for the kids, all free of cost, for you to enjoy. This is another opportunity to get to know Faringdon and our building partners even more! Come along and enjoy the day with us.

Westwood Public Release

At 12 pm (noon) on Monday 14th June, the sections will go live on our website for you to reserve online. I will notify you via SMS and email with a link to the available sections on our website.

We will be sending regular reminders to those who have registered their interest. It is first in, first-served on the day so make sure you’re ready to go!

What can I do to get ready?

We have created a full checklist of things to think about ahead of the release. These elements will help you be prepared and give you confidence when looking to secure a section. In this checklist we look at:

• engaging with a Solicitor,
• what deposits are required,
• checking your finances,
• sorting out a good connection speed,
• chatting with a builder.
