The referring party must have purchased directly from Hughes Developments/ Faringdon and be a resident of Faringdon. The referred party must purchase a section directly from Hughes Developments Ltd. The offer is not valid for those purchasing through our building partners. The promotion ends 31/12/2023 — Purchase settlement must take place prior to 31/12/2023.
The promotion will cover the value of the referring party’s rates for a period of 12 months. Rates will be paid to the referring party quarterly, commencing once the referred party has settled the property. By ‘neighbours’, we don’t mean they have to live over your back fence, just far enough to wander home easily after the Sunday arvo BBQ.
